Gloria Dei Communities is a senior living campus offering a range of residential and care options. JKRP’s work includes The Estates, which features two four-story residential wings with 216 one- and two-bedroom apartments for active seniors, connected by a two-story building with shared community amenities. Brick façades, cedar shingles, gabled roofs, and cupolas give the community a welcoming residential character. JKRP also designed Memory Care at the Park, a dedicated neighborhood for residents living with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and other memory-related conditions. Skylights and clerestory windows fill the interiors with natural light, while a secure landscaped garden with seating and a gazebo provides a calming outdoor environment that supports resident well-being.
