Giant Heirloom Market

Heirloom Market is the first urban format store from Giant. The 9,500 sf store has everything you would expect in a larger grocery store in a smaller footprint. It has dry goods and fresh fruit and vegetables, refrigerated cases and a full service butcher and fish monger. The market wanted a fresh feeling with natural wood tones, raw concrete floors and simple contemporary signage. The store occupies the first floor of our Bloc23 project with residential condos above.
