Previously home to retired musicians, Presser Senior Apartments was comprehensively renovated to create 45 independent living rental residences for seniors. The renovation carefully preserved the building’s historic architectural character while introducing contemporary residential accommodations and new energy-efficient windows. In recognition of the project’s thoughtful preservation, Presser Senior Apartments received a Preservation Achievement Award from the Preservation Alliance for Greater Philadelphia.
