The building consists of 5 floors of modular construction over 2 floors of podium construction in addition to 2 floors of below grade parking. The block long building utilizes a courtyard to bring light into the interior units. The ground level contains a 50,000 sf GIANT food store, residential lobby, mail room, leasing offices, and access to below grade parking and bike storage.
