About the Project

The LVL North is a block-long mixed-use development that combines five floors of modular construction above a two-story podium and two levels of below-grade parking. A central courtyard serves as the organizing feature of the building, bringing natural light into interior-facing residences while creating a sense of openness within the dense urban site. The podium anchors the development with a 50,000 SF GIANT grocery store, additional retail and office space, and residential support functions. Above, 410 studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments provide modern urban living along Spring Garden Street. Residents have access to an extensive amenity program that includes a fitness center, clubroom with kitchen and lounge, coworking and meeting spaces, reading nooks, Zoom rooms, bi-level outdoor terraces, a rooftop deck with city views, dog run, grilling stations, and recreational areas.
