Avenue of the Arts

Philadelphia, PA

The Avenue of the Arts building on the corner of Broad and Chestnut Streets in Philadelphia converts 17 floors of former dormitory space into 217 luxury apartments.  The newly named Griffin, boasts a new 18th floor amenity space with an outdoor roof deck overlooking City Hall.   In addition to the luxurious offerings, the building also contains such amenities as a golf simulator, business lounge and a state-of-the-art fitness center with a yoga room.  The entrance was reimagined with soaring ceilings and fresh and inviting contemporary materials.
