Malvern Shopping Center

A new 16,700 square foot shopping center is located on the corner of S. Morehall Rd. & Lincoln Highway. The design features local Wissahickon schist stone and an exposed steel structure to bring a contemporary style to the otherwise conservative Malvern style. The new design, and material choices respect the local historical character. To take advantage of the traffic along S. Morehall Rd., the facade bends towards the road to provide prominent signage for new businesses.  The signage is also up high to provide better visibility to the elevated highway.
