About the Project
The Link combines historic preservation with new construction to create a mixed-use residential community along Lancaster Avenue. The project preserves 16 historic storefronts dating to the 1880s while introducing contemporary residential buildings behind and above the protected façades. The 146,000 SF development includes 126 apartments, a mix of retail uses totaling 7,700 SF, and thoughtfully integrated new construction that responds to the site’s nearly 10-foot change in elevation. The result is a cohesive development that balances historic character with modern urban living.
