1101 Walnut Street is a proposed 18-story mixed-use development with frontages on Walnut Street and 11th Street. The site includes 198 residential units over 16 floors and two 2,000 square-foot commercial spaces on the ground floor. The units are a mix of studios, one-bedroom units, and two-bedroom units. Due to the building’s small footprint, the leasable commercial spaces straddle a small residential lobby which includes mail and package storage.  The fourth-floor houses residential amenity spaces including fitness, co-working, a 2,000 SF outdoor terrace, and leasing offices.
