JKRP teamed with the owners of this prime piece of real estate at a very important intersection of the city. The low slung one story retail sits adjacent to a pocket park and alongside major office towers in the city. The tired facade had not been updated since the early eighties and just looked run down and dingy. The new facade with long board accents brings a more sophisticated look, and the large windows with sun shades gives retailers a more prominent window display for passersby.
