About the Project
JKRP developed the master plan for the Siena Place townhouse community, creating a neighborhood that balances contemporary residential design with generous open space and pedestrian-friendly streetscapes. In collaboration with Jubb Builders, the development introduces spacious townhomes while contributing to the ongoing revitalization of the area surrounding Penrose and Pattison Avenues.
