Located within the Larchmont Commons Shopping Center in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, this completed 6,500 SF one-story retail building includes a 2,400 SF Starbucks with drive-thru, a 1,500 SF Tropical Smoothie Café, and a 2,600 SF space for a future tenant. The design features distinct façade treatments which complement the existing shopping center architecture, entrance canopies for each tenant, a covered drive-thru, and two outdoor seating areas. Constructed with metal framing and finished with wood siding, EIFS, and brick veneer, the building was delivered as a warm, dark shell with plumbing and electrical rough-ins provided for Starbucks and Tropical Smoothie Café per their specifications.
