JKRP worked with Brixmor to redevelop the aging retail center, transforming its overall appearance, functionality, and tenant mix. Anchored by Weis Markets, REI, and Planet Fitness, the center now includes national and regional tenants such as PJ Whelihan’s, Five Guys, Qdoba, Federal Donuts, My Salon Suites, Rally House, Mattress Warehouse, Wren Kitchens, and Fairways & Dreams.
