Witherspoon-Sonder

JKRP was tasked with converting the existing office building into market rate apartments. The work consists of converting all of the floors to extended stay residential living for Sonder, replacing all the windows, the design of new common areas and amenity spaces, and redesign of the lobby and retail spaces.
